커피 만드는법 커피만들기


Caffe Tiamo Beverage Recipe (R/=Regular, L/=Large or Mug, C/ Caramel V/ Vanilla H/ Hazelnut)

 

Loose Leaf tea

Put 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in a pot + hot water 

(Prepare a milk jar for Breakfast teas & Earl grey teas)

Iced Loose Leaf tea

Put 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in a cup and let if infuse for a while and drain in into an ice cup half full of ice.  When it’s cooled, put more ice and more water if necessary.

Iced Teas

3/4 full ice + water + 4 Pumps of flavor syrup (Lemon, Peach, Mango, Vivian= 2 Lychee+2 Lemon)

Fruit teas (Mug size only)

Grapefruit : 2 pump of grapefruit syrup+ half shot glass lemonade + 1 spoonful of Grapfruit pulp or segment + 1-2 slice of grapefruit,

Lemon : 2-3 lemon slices + 3 table spoon of lemon marinade + hot water

Yuza tea : 4 full tea spoon yuza marinade + half shot glass of lemonade

Iced Lat w Flavors

2 Pumps of Vanilla /Hazelnut / Caramel Syrup

Iced Mint choc lat

3 ice cubes+ 4 pumps of Mint syrup + 1 pump of choc syrup

+ 1 scoop of ice cream (whipped cream on top upon request)

Iced chocolate

3 ice cubes + 2 pumps of choc syrup

+ 1 scoop of ice cream (+ whipped cream)

Iced mocha

3 ice cubes + 1 pump of choc syrup + 30ml (half a shot glass) espresso + 1 scoop of ice cream (+whipped cream)

Iced coffee

In a 2L milk bottle, put 300ml (5 full shot glass) of espresso + 6 pumps of Vanilla & Hazelnut syrups EACH

*Served w/o ice, but w 1 scoop of ice cream (+whipped cream)

Iced Caramel Macchiato

In stainless milkshake cup, put 2 pumps of caramel syrup for milkshake and put about half a glass of milk.

Shake the caramel milk in shaker until milk froth is made, put in half full ice cup. Pour fresh double shot espresso on top, then drizzle caramel deco syrup.

Chocolate Syrup

Chocolate powder 2 : 1 hot water (Use Scale)

Sugar Syrup

Sugar 1 : 1 hot water (By volume)

Lemonade

1 Litre Lemon juice + 500ml Sugar+ 500 ml hot water (By volume)

 

 

 

 

 

Milkshakes

3 pumps of milkshake syrups + 2 Scoop of vanilla ice cream + 1/2 full milk then mix, add milk before serving

Koolade

3 ice cubes + 1 scoop of puree (1.5 for mango) + sprite

(3 pumps for kiwi )

 

 

Yuza specials

Hot Yuza tea

3 Full teaspoon of Yuza + 30ml of lemonade + hot water

Iced Yuza LB

3 tsp of Yuza + full ice glass w water + 30ml espresso (half a shot glass)

Iced Yuza tea

w Earl grey

2/3 tsp of Earl grey infused in a bit of hot water + 3 tsp of Yuza + 30ml lemonade, cooled w half a glass of ice and add more ice before serving

Yuza crush

1 ice scoop of ice + 4 tsp of Yuza + 60ml (1 shot glass) of lemonade + 60 ml water, blended

Yuza smoothie

3/4 ice cube + 4 tsp of Yuza + 1 shot glass of lemonade + 2 scoop of yoghurt, blended

2 sugar syrup + 0.5 powders each (adds up to 1 scoop)
